Valentines
2/14- Chico CA
Happy Valentines Day a truly Hallmark holiday. In the true spirit of the day we decided to give blood today. There is no Red Cross around here so we had made an appointment with the local agency that handles such things. It felt better than buying flowers.
After we got back from that the orders were no strenuous activity so we decided a nap was in order. The first nap was so strenuous that it required a second nap.
After struggling to right ourselves we went on our yearly pilgrimage to Sierra Nevada brewery. It is not a trip to Chico until we visit Sierra Nevada. Johnny and Craig joined us for dinner. There were tons of couples out for their Valentines dates and a number of the outfits were uh, interesting(?).
The weather tonight takes a hard turn to the north. Rain is expected tomorrow and Monday with an inch to 2” possible. The temps are also going to dive so it looks like we are in for a bit of winter, California winter that is. Southern California is starting to look more appealing.
